From our SI Prefixes we know that 1kHz = 1000 Hz

To find $\lambda$ use the formula given in the question. If you get stuck post what you've tried

I have no clue where to start at all, I need some sort of explanation to this, my understanding of this is poor..

a. what is ms in the speed formula ?
b. how do I work out Hz ?
c. how do I work out the wavelength in metres ?

a. what is ms in the speed formula ?

units of speed ... $ms^{-1}$ which is $\frac{m}{s}$ (meters per second)

b. how do I work out Hz ?

$f = \frac{v}{\lambda}$ where $v$ is in m/s and $\lambda$ is in m

c. how do I work out the wavelength in metres ?

from the given formula for $\lambda$
...
