I missed an entire lesson on a new lesson and my teacher refuses to explain it to me properly. So I need help on the following:

Describe the transformation that changes the parent function f(x)=4x to g(x).

11) g(x)=0.15(4x)
12) g(x)=-4x
13) g(x)=g(4x)

Depending upon what topic you're covering, there can be a variety of answers.

How does the trans. change the appearance graph? (This could be described in many ways.)

What is being changed? input, output, either, or neither

4x is multiplied by 0.15 isn't it?

12) g(x)=-4x
4x is multiplied by -1. What "explaining properly" do you need?

13) g(x)=g(4x)
Nothing is "done" to 4x here.
