i can't figuire out how to do a problem..i will just give yo the prob.

After working 6 months, Gina received a raise of 25%. if her previous pay was $7.20 per our, what was her hourly pay after the raise?

you find what 25% of her old pay was and add that to the old pay to get the new pay.

.25*7.20 +1*7.20 = New pay

1.25*7.20 = New Pay

$9.00 answer

You can start by finding 25% of $7.20

$7.20 x .25 = $1.80

$7.25 + $1.80 = $9.00

She is now making $9.00
