Lets say that 10 balls are distributed between A person and B person. Person A has 6 balls and person B has 4 balls.
From the aforementioned information we know that.
1. A has 50% more balls than B.
2. A has 2 more balls than B
(which i assume is equivalent to)
A has 2/10 or 20% more balls than B.
What assumption am I making wrong?
Moreover, lets say that I am watching a football match where club A has ball possession of 60% and club B ball possession of 40%.
What is the right thing to say? Club A has 20% more ball possession than Club B? or club A has 50% more possession than B? having in mind that
(A/B) - 1 = (3/2) - 1 = (1/2) = 50%
Thanks.
