    "Give the equation of the variation described."

    Confused some more, looking to get the answer for these problems, with the work so I can see how you got it, and an explanation, thanks.

    Give the equation of the variation described. Use k for the constant of variation. i is inversely proportional to the square of j.
    Give the equation of the variation described. Use k for the constant of variation. w varies jointly as x and y and inversely as z.
