    rearranging fractions part two

    Hi,

    I was hoping someone could explain why

    3/√x + √x = 3/√x + √x.√x/√X

    when then simplifies further to

    3+x/√x

    Notice that \sqrt{x}\cdot \sqrt{x}=x

    Make the addition:
    \frac{3}{\sqrt{x}}+\sqrt{x}= \frac{3}{\sqrt{x}}+\frac{\sqrt{x}\cdot \sqrt{x}}{\sqrt{x}}=\frac{3+x}{\sqrt{x}}

    Do you see the relation with my previous post? ...
