    Question about a date?

In this question leap years are ignored and today is TUESDAY.

    1) What day is it in 8 days = WEDNESDAY

    2) What day is it in 48 days = ?

    3) What day is it in 49 x 49 days = ?

Can some one help answering this question, is there a pattern to spot?

yes, the days of the week repeat every 7 days.

8/7 has remainder 1 ... that's why 8 days from Tuesday is Wednesday.

so ... what should you do with 48?
