    Given f(x) = -x^2 + 3x -6, find f(-3).

    Given f(x) = -x^2 + 3x -6, find f(-3).

May I please have some guidance with this problem? Been at it a good 15 minutes and still don't know what to do.

What I did was (-3)^2 + -9 -6 and got the answer of -6. I know that the correct answer is -24.. but how?

    The highlighted part should be, -(-3)^2 + (-9) -6
