The expression: 5-3/7*(12-5z) = -1/7 -13/7*z. Could someone show me how its done.

I guess the expression is: $\displaystyle 5-\frac{3}{7}\cdot (12-5z)$ Expand $\displaystyle \frac{3}{7}\cdot (12-5z)$ and simplify.
