in the figure above, how many points are half as far from k as from m?

i don't get the question

is it asking like how many points are half as far from k as k as from m?

It's asking you to find points that are some distance from k and also twice that distance from m.

edit: I could have phrased that much better. You don't have to find the points, just find how many there are.
