If c = -7 and d= 4 what answear do you get for
root(d)-dc^2
after evaluating the expression i was un sure if it was 198 or -194 if someone could please give us a brief explaination to why it was that one it would be a greet help

-194 is correct: because -7^2 = -7 * -7 = +49
sqrt(d) = 2
dc^2 = 4 * 49 = 196
2 - 196 = -194 ; roger.
