Ok so I was seeing a problem saying, round your work hours to the nearest quarter... and I really can't understand this. lets say i worked from 10:30am-5pm that = 6:30 hours What do I just say 6:00?

Don't know how to answer because I don't know what you're asking... As example, closest quarter hour to 1:44 is 1:45, to 1:45 is 1:45, to 1:46 is 1:45 To 1:37 is 1:30, to 1:38 is 1:45 ... can you not "see" that?
