Please help me solve this:
-3 less than or equal to 3x-2 less than or equal to -1.

Solve each inequality the same way you would solve an equality. The only difference is that if you have to multiply or divide by a negative number, the inequality sign changes direction.

take each inequality separately, then you'll have two inequalities

and

now use rules for inequlities to separate x, so eventually you'll get two possible ranges for x
