Do you mean 6 / (x + 2)? Are you asking if it can be simplified any further? (The word "complete" has numerous technical meanings in mathematics, so it should not be used when one of those meanings is not implied.) To divide both the numerator and the denominator by 2, you also have to divide x since (x + 2) / 2 = x/2 + 1. So 6 / (x + 2) can be simplified to 3 / (x/2 + 1), but not to 3 / (x + 1).
