I have a question that asks which of the following is the number 78.5

Integer
Rational
Variable
Constant

is not a Variable because it is a defined constant number.

78.5 is a decimal number, and you can transform it in a fraction like:
785/10.

78.5 is a constant because its value doesn't change.

Integers are whole numbers (without decimal point) like -13;35;0;76 and so on.

A variable is something that changes, the temperature of your room, for instance, the speed of a car etc.
