Some brackets to make this readable would be nice...

    Are you asking to simplify [3^(1 - 2p)][3^(2p)][9^(3p + 5)]?

    If so, first note that 9 = 3^2, then make use of the rules (a^m)(a^n) = a^(m + n) and (a^n)^p = a^(np).
