Question Need some clarification on a question (logarithmic functions)

So this is the question i'm trying to understand what they want from it.

Graph y=log 3/2 xby first creating a table describing the major features. Choose some convenient values for x to help you draw the graph.

Is the table I am to create based on the features like, Range, Domain ect..?

or is it based on the graphs transformation?

For x pick some negative values (big and small), zero and some positive values (big and small). Calculate the cooresponding y-values. You should be able to find a general shape.

Okay....I get that part but what else do I have to do in the question? >< the question has this part:

Graph y=log(3/2)xby first creating a table describing the major features

so, am I to assume that the table of major features is the table of values??
