Thread: another quadratic equation

equation: x^2-6x+1=5

Complete the square

x^2-6x=4
then i took have of 6 which is 3 and squared it to come up with 9

this is what I have now:

x^2-6x+9=4+9

final answer (x-3)^2=13

I don't know if this is correct but I hope so because I have 70 more to do.
