    Talking logarithms

    Hiiiiii

    can someone help me

    I just want to know if my answer is correct

    please ..

    ok

    5 log { base 5 } of (t + 1) = 9

    log { base 5 } of [(t + 1)^5] = 9

    [(t + 1)^5] = [5^9]

    t + 1 = 5^(9/5)

    t = 5^(9/5) - 1

    t = 17.1

    is my answer correct ?!
