Can someone please help me out with this problem?
The diagonals of a rectangle ABCD intersect at O. If angle BOC=70 degree, find angle ODA.

Have you drawn the rectangle with the diagonals?
You are going to have an isosceles triangle.
ODA = 90 - OBC

Angle AOD= BOC ("vertical angles" theorem). Triangle AOD is an isosceles triangle so its base angles are the same and, of course, the angles in a triangle add to 180 degrees.
