    Not sure if you need a matrix. 1point * 14 + 2pts * 29 + 3pts * 9 = ??

    Hello, shadower4!

    \text}Terry scored 14 one-point free throws, 29 two-point field goals,}
    \text{and 9 three-point field goals this season.}

    \text{Set up the matrices and multiply to find the total points Terry scored.}

    There isn't too much to do . . . Exactly where is your difficulty?

    . . \begin{pmatrix}14 & 29 & 9 \end{pmatrix}\begin{pmatrix}1 \\ 2 \\ 3\end{pmatrix} \;=\;(14)(1) + (29)(2) + (9)(3) \;=\; 99
