    solve

    hi,
i need to solve this, 3x+2(x-1)=2x+1?

would i expand the brackets so it look like this, 3x+2x-2=2x+1?
then would i do 3x+2x= 5x, so it would be 5x-2=2x+1?

if correct would i then -2x and +2 on each side to get, 3x=+3?
    then would i do 3x/3 = x=1??

if this is wrong could you please try and help me please!

    Thanks!
