    Inequality

    I have tried this a few times but keep getting x = 3.5
    I am told this is wrong. Help!

    5x + 7 less than or equal to 3x + 14

    5x+7\leq{3x+14}

    2x\leq{7}

    x\leq{\frac{7}{2}}

    7/2=3.5

    I don't know who told you 3.5 is wrong, but they appear to be incorrect.
