here is another problem that i stuck on
a^2 (b-c) -16b^2 (b-c)

i tried to combine like this

a^2b - a^2c - 16b^3 - 16b^2 c

i don't think this is right.

I don't know what you are trying to do but multiplying out gives:

a^2b - a^2c - 16b^3 + 16b^2 c

If you want to factorize the expression, then here it is:
$a^2(b-c)-16b^2(b-c)=(b-c)(a^2-16b^2)=(b-c)(a-4b)(a+4b)$
