    f(x)=(X-Xo)^2+C .

the Kouked of the Parabola is need to be Right from X=3
    the
Minimum Value Of f(x) is 4

    f(3)=6
what is the other point that f(x)=6

answer need to be 1 of this list
    A) X=2Xo+3
    B) X=Xo
    C) X=2Xo

    What is Kouked?

Since the minimum of f(x) is 4, you know that C = 4. Substituting x = 3, we get (3 - x0)^2 + 4 = 6, from which x0 can be found (there are two variants, and I guess the condition that the Kouked is right of x = 3 selects one of them).
