Thread: Faster way ?

I'm having trouble finding the broken down parts of B

15u2-29u+12 | A= 15 B= -29 C= 12 | _x_= A x C = 180 | _+_=b= -29

no what i've been doing is breaking down A x C to it's prime, then I try and find what + what = B

is there a easier faster way to do this?

the small numbers are easy, but the bigger ones are a pain

As far as I understand your problem you are trying to factor the given quadratic term (?).
