    Simplifying fraction over fraction expression

    Hi!

    In physics I derived the following expression, and I have no idea where to start simplifying it:

    R_v = \frac{\frac{R_1 V_x}{E-V_x}R_2}{R_2 - \frac{R_1V_x}{E-V_x}}

    The lot in brackets is the same expression, so my hunch tells me this could be written much simpler? Or could it?

    multiply numerator and denominator by (E-V_x)
