    solve for x, please help.

I think im on the right track here but am not real sure.

    the equation is:

    x+1/x(x+2)-x+4/x(x+1)=-3/(x+2)(x+1)

    x+1 over x(x+2) minus x+4 over x(x+1) = -3 over (x+2)(x+1)
once again, im sorry for how i input these.

    solve for x.

The step I take first is grouping the denominators, cross-multiplying, but then I end up with some wild answers.

Hint: Multiply everything by x(x+1)(x+2) this will clear denominators.
