    Finding "b" value given the period

    Ok, so I need to take pi/6 and put it in terms of y = sinbx

    Here is what I did

    p = 2pi / 6
    pi / 6 = 2pi / b
    pi b = 2pi 6
    b = 12pi / pi
    b = 12

    therefore it is y=sin12x right?
