    Since there are many, 3, problems here, I will not explain very well. If there is only one problem then I can explain the solution better.

    (2/3)(2c +5) = 8
    Divide both sides by 2/3,
    2c +5 = 8 /(2/3) = 8*(3/2) = 12
    2c = 12 -5 = 7
    c = 7/2 ---------answer.

    ----------------
    x/4 -15 = 10
    x/4 = 10 +15 = 25
    Multiply both sides by 4,
    x = 25*4 = 100 -----------------answer.

    ---------
    7(2x -5) = 28 +5x
    14x -35 = 28 +5x
    14x -5x = 28 +35
    9x = 63
    x = 63 /9 = 7 ----------answer,
