There are two ways to do this:

1) Add 8k to both sides- $\displaystyle \6\le 94+ 8k$. Then subtract 94 from both sides- $\displaystyle 6- 94= -88\le 8k$. Finally, divide both sides by 8- $\displaystyle -88/8= -11\le k$.

or

2) Subtract 6 from both sides; $\displaystyle -8k\le 94- 6= 88$. Divide both sides by -8**but**remember that when you multiply or divide an inequality by a negative number you must "reverse" the inequality sign- $\displaystyle k\ge 88/8= 11$
