squaring the values in a matrix.

Hi,

Are there any matrix operations that can be applied to an n x m matrix that results in each of the individual values of the matrix being squared.

Note that I don't want the matrix squared, I am rather looking to square each of the values in the matrix.

You would say for a matrix of entries , then matrix has entries .
