Are you trying to say: $\displaystyle \dfrac{3x}{5y} = z+4$ $\displaystyle x+y = minimal~number$ Find x and y?
No. I know that the answer to X+Y=3 but i'm not sure why. I think it is (3x+5y)/7= z remainder 4
