    Discontinuous Piecewise functions

Hello, I'm looking for some help reading a piecewise graph, so if you can teach me how to read that graph it would be appreciated!

Also I tried doing some and would like you guys to double check if possible.

    The value of t where h(t)=4 I got t=3
    Find h(3). I got 4

Also I'm having trouble stating the domain/range and when it says state the intervals where h(t) is.

    Thanks for your help!

    Have a closer look, h(2) = 4

I'm sorry, but I don't think i know how to read this graph. Can you tell me how h(2) = 4?
Also I think it would help if you can tell me what h(2) is, since I don't think i'm looking at this graph right.

    Follow the function.

    h(t=2) outputs a value of 4.

I'm so sorry, but I still don't understand this. Can you tell me what your looking at? I'm really confused with the three lines and I don't really know how to read this graph at all. Sorry.
