Math Help - polynomial

    Question polynomial

    f(x)=ax^3+bx-c and g(x)=x^2+bx+c
    f(x) is divisible by g(x)
    find a*b
    plz answer as soon as possible

    I would use polynomial long division. What do you get?

    Or you can do what was suggested in this thread, which appears to be the same problem. *ahem*

    i tried with polynomial long division but it seems that it wont end as a term gets added after every stem....
