Percentage (nutrition labels)
I am in the 6th grade and I have no whatsoever clue on this type of problem concerning nutrition labels and turning them into percentages. One question states what percent of daily values of sodium is contained in a serving of a food. in other words find x. sodium is 230mg.

Indeed, all I need to know is how to find the percentage of daily values of sodium, carbohydrate. Also, I want to know how to find the percent of calories(130) from fat(35). Please tell me how you find this.

to solve this problem, you need to know the total mass of the type of food you're considering. For example, if the total mass is 100g, then the percentage of sodium is $\frac{0.23g}{100g}\times 100 = 23\%$.
