    y > 5x

I have to prove that the shading is right. Get stuck when I choose the coordinates to plug in. For instance can I plug (0;2)?

    thanks

Yes. Since (0, 2) leads to 2 > 0, which is true, we know that (0, 2) lies in the shaded region.
