    Solving equations by graphing

    Solve by graphing.

    1. 3x + y = 5
    -2x + 3y = 4

    2. 2x = y + 1
    2x - y = 5

    3. 3x + 2y = 8
    6x + 4 = 16

    4. 2x + y = 5
    3x - y = 10

Can you please explain to me how to solve these by graphing? I'n a bit lost with this. Thank you.
