    graphing

    Given a point on the line and the slope sketch the graph

    (0,-4) and m = 2/3

    Use the form

    y-y_1 = m(x-x_1)

    (x_1,y_1) = (0,-4)

    Even easier you are given the y-intercept so draw a line that goes up 2 for every 3 units right
