Simple Vector question
Hi i have a vector question which i answered but i am not sure if it is correct.
If possible can anyone give the question a try?

1. Your answers are (nearly) correct! (Clapping) The use of the equal-sign at (ii) is definitely wrong.

2. Your result at (ii) can be simplified a little bit:

$\vec u = \frac1{\sqrt{80}} (4i - 8j) = \frac1{\sqrt{5}}(i-2j)$
