2. If you look a the graph, you can see where the two lines intersect. What's the big mystery?

If you want to show it algebraically, then

$y=-2x-3$
$y=3x+2$

$3x+2=-2x-3$
$5x=-5$
$x=-1$

This is the x-coordinate where the two lines intersect. To find the y-coordinate, use either equation and substitute -1 for x.
