    If you look a the graph, you can see where the two lines intersect. What's the big mystery?

    If you want to show it algebraically, then

    y=-2x-3
    y=3x+2

    3x+2=-2x-3
    5x=-5
    x=-1

    This is the x-coordinate where the two lines intersect. To find the y-coordinate, use either equation and substitute -1 for x.
