If you look a the graph, you can see where the two lines intersect. What's the big mystery?
If you want to show it algebraically, then
$\displaystyle y=-2x-3$
$\displaystyle y=3x+2$
$\displaystyle 3x+2=-2x-3$
$\displaystyle 5x=-5$
$\displaystyle x=-1$
This is the x-coordinate where the two lines intersect. To find the y-coordinate, use either equation and substitute -1 for x.
