you should find that CB is the following 3x2 matrix
CB=[2 -9, 0.5 -1, 5 -5]
where a comma denotes the different rows of the matrix

Now CB transposed is the following 2x3 matrix
[2 0.5 5, -9 -1 -5]
again, where a comma denotes a new row of the matrix
