It is important to remember that when something is "less than or equal to" the circle is filled and when something is only "less than" then the circle is empty.

You need to graph x > 2 AND x <= 3
so x must be between 2 and three as in the red segment in the figure

4. Jonny X: You've got two different answers because there are two different ways to interpret you question! The first, by MathGuru, with two different graphs, assumes you have two different problems: (1) x> 2 (2) x< 3. The second, by TheProf, assumes a single problem 2< x< 3.

They are, of course, both correct for the assumed question.
