It is important to remember that when something is "less than

**or****equal to"**the circle is filled and when something is only "less than" then the circle is empty.

You need to graph x > 2 AND x <= 3

so x must be between 2 and three as in the red segment in the figure

Jonny X: You've got two different answers because there are two different ways to interpret you question! The first, by MathGuru, with two different graphs, assumes you have two different problems: (1) x> 2 (2) x< 3. The second, by TheProf, assumes a single problem 2< x< 3.

They are, of course, both correct for the assumed question.
