    formula

    Area of a rectangle: A=L(w)
    L=3.8 w=1.5

    Perimeter of a square: P=4(s)
    s=4.7

    Perimeter of a rectangle: P=2(L)+2(w)
    L=2.9 w=6.05

    What you are required to do here is take your formula and replace the
    variables on the right hand side with the numerical values given then to
    evaluate the resulting expression to find the value or the variables o the left.

    For example A=L w, L=3.8, w=1.5 so:

    A = (3.8)(1.5) = 5.7

    Now you try the others and if you have difficulties tell us what they are
    and we will try to explain further.
