HUH??

Please give us more information about what you are doing! (And yes, I know the outlier is the 14 measurement, but how are we supposed to make that determination? We don't know what methods you have learned/are using.)

And the second problem isn't even a question. What are you asking for?

the outlier is 14.00 as it deviates considerably from the mean value of 5.75

and im with topshark dont have a clue what the second question is asking
