1. Factoring

Hello, I'm having trouble factoring:
-3x^2 - 4x + 4
I'm trying to find two different x's because towards the end I'm supposed to have two solutions x = "something" / x = "something2".

I'm stuck where I find two #'s that can make the middle term = -4.
(x - 2)(x - 6)

Assistance will be appreciated,

Thank you!

$-3x^2 - 4x + 4 = -(3x^2 + 4x - 4) = -(3x - 2)(x + 2) = (2 - 3x)(x + 2)$

3. Thank you very much! Makes much sense now.

...and I'll try.
