solve the equation 2(a,3,c)+3(c,7,c)=(5,b+c,15) for a,b,c i got to setting up 3 equation 2a+3c=5 6+21=b+c 2c+3c=15 i don't know where to go from here

Hi, Just isolate the variables then use substitution. a=(5-3c)/2 then put that in one of the other equations... then do it again until you only have 1 variable in the equation. Then repeat.
I just realized that the last equation only has variable 'c' in it... That would be the easiest one to use... 2c+3c=15 5c=15 c=3 then put "c" in equation 1 and 2 to get values for "a" and "b"
