Thread: help with regression equations

this is a problem involivng an expontial graph. The temperature is going down and I need to get a regression equation using this Y=ax+b/x+c. And this is using excell. Any help out there?

Put your data into excel and graph it.

After this right click on your plot and choose "Add Trendline". Excel will give you some options from here.

thanks I did that and its showing cubic as the closest functoin based on the trendline, but I need to solve it as a rational function
