Think about it. What do you have to do to 4/3 to reach 2? (Remember, another way of expressing 2 is 6/3.) To 2 to reach 3? To 2/3 to make 1 (3/3)?

Remember: you can multiply (or divide) every number in a ratio by the same number, without changing the ratio's value.

So:
$\frac43:2:\frac23$
$=\frac43\color{red}\times 3\color{black}:2\color{red}\times 3\color{black}:\frac23\color{red}\times 3\color{black}$

$=4:6:2$

$=4\color{red}\div 2\color{black}:6\color{red}\div 2\color{black}:2\color{red}\div 2\color{black}$

$=2:3:1$
Have you got it now?
